Get ready, Gran Turismo 7 racers, because a major shift is coming to your weekly challenges! This is one of the last chances to experience the current format before a significant update rolls out.
The Spec III update, expected in early December, is poised to shake things up, introducing new event types beyond the regular races. While the details are still under wraps, it's time to make the most of the existing bonus game mode, available after completing the main GT Cafe career. This week's lineup offers five exciting races to conquer. One is a special event crafted just for the week (potentially hinting at the new Power Pack DLC), while the other four are familiar World Circuits races, perfect for catching up on any you might have missed. Plus, there are extra rewards for completing them within the seven-day window!
Here's a breakdown of the Gran Turismo 7 Weekly Challenges for the second week of November:
Race Lineup:
- Japanese Clubman Cup 550 – Tokyo Expressway South Counterclockwise:
- This race offers a lower payout, set on the newest Tokyo Expressway circuit. You can use any Japanese Road or Tuned car you desire for this three-lap race. The winner takes home a modest 20,000cr.
- European FR Challenge 550 – Brands Hatch Grand Prix:
- Double the prize money is up for grabs here, with 40,000cr awaiting the victor. You'll need a European, front-engined, rear-wheel-drive Road car for this three-lap challenge.
- Special Event – Red Bull Ring:
- This week features the Hyundai Elantra N in a four-lap race around the Red Bull Ring. There are no other restrictions. Winning earns you 64,000cr.
- World Touring Car 600 – Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta:
- This classic Gran Turismo event allows you to use almost any car, as long as it doesn't exceed the 600PP limit. Conquer the five laps of Road Atlanta for a reward of 94,000cr.
- Gr.1 Prototype Series – Suzuka Circuit:
- Don't let the name fool you; all you need is a car equipped with Racing tires (wet weather tires are highly recommended) and within the 950PP cap. This ten-lap race at Suzuka offers a hefty 175,000cr prize, but be prepared for tire wear, fuel consumption, and the possibility of rain!
Rewards:
The rewards come in the form of tickets, redeemable in your Garage's Gifts section:
- Complete any one event: 100,000cr Ticket
- Complete three events: 200,000cr Ticket
- Complete all five events: Six-Star Car Ticket (offering a car from Brand Central worth 500,000cr or more, including Invitation-only cars)
To access these challenges, you'll need to have completed GT Cafe Menu Book 39 and watched the ending movie. The events refresh at midnight local time on Friday mornings, so expect the next set on the morning of Friday, November 21st.
