He primarily served as the Phillies' designated hitter in 154 games, with the remaining 8 games in left field.
Schwarber's consistent power is undeniable. He's hit at least 32 home runs in each of his previous five seasons. For the Giants, the only player to reach 30 home runs in a season since 2004 is Willy Adames.
Here's a key point to consider: In 2022, Schwarber signed a four-year, $79 million deal with the Phillies. His current market value is estimated to be just under $25 million per year, according to Spotrac.
