Ian Loader, chairman of Cyclox, added, "For 14 years, they've been a quiet but powerful force for good, making deliveries quicker and ensuring cleaner air for all."
Anna Railton, city councillor and cabinet member for zero carbon Oxford, echoed these sentiments, calling Pedal & Post's departure a "great loss" for the area. She praised their innovations in making deliveries safer and more sustainable.

In the face of this closure, there's a glimmer of hope. Christopher Benton, chief executive and founder of Pedal & Post, expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported the business over the years. He believes that cargo bike logistics has a future, and he's not alone in this sentiment.
